How to update prospects’ data values when things like email address, name, or company are incorrect or old within the prospect dashboard
To update a prospect’s data values, go to the prospect dashboard (see ) for more information on the prospect dashboard in general). Then click the ‘View Summary Profile’ to view the prospect’s profile data, where the most recent value is shown if they have submitted the same information more than once.
Next, double-click into the field value you wish to change and edit the value. Notice the small red triangle in corner of the fields that have been changed while editing. Once all the field values have been updated, click the ‘Save Changes’ button.
Note: If you wish to also update the same values for this prospect within your CRM, you will need to do this directly within the CRM. The ability to automatically update the values within the CRM for leads or contact records associated with the prospect is planned for a future release.
