They lay out a five step process which includes:
- Create personas – who are you trying to reach?
- Map the buying process – do you understand the steps your prospects go through when making a buying decision?
- Create a content grid – connect your content, collateral, and other marketing assets to each stage of the buying process
- Define nurture campaigns – create a nurture flow for each stage of the sales process
- Implement your journey – set it up in your favorite marketing automation system (LoopFuse of course!) and turn it on
